The American people saw through the Republican bullshit.  They saw through McCain's "Spread the wealth" gimmick.  They saw through the Sarah Palin as Vice President gimmick.  They saw through the "Joe the plummer" gimmick.  Can you believe it?

Barack Obama could never have become president without the help of current President George W. Bush.  We should thank him for pushing us go to war in Iraq by lying about weapons and being stubborn enough to stay there.  We should thank him for claiming we won the war in Iraq years ago.  We should thank him for passing laws saying torture is okay.  We should thank him for using the guise of 9/11 to invade our privacy.  We should thank him for giving businesses tax breaks when they didnt deserve it.  We should thank him for sealing the fate for Republicans when the Stock Market bottomed out while he's at the end of his term.

The truth is that Obama is only possible because George Bush was one of the worst president's in history.  He's that boss you have at work that can never make a competent decision on his own while the company is in a downward spiral, yet he's still the boss.

Finally the rest of the world might actually be able to look at America with a straight face again.  So many people are angry with the outcome of this election, but so many more are delighted.
